Coastline Therapy Group is a locally owned private practice, specializing in Speech, Physical, and Occupational therapy services for ages birth to 109 years old. Our therapists are passionate about providing quality, holistic strategies to help those of all ages meet their goals. We offer convenient services in our Wilmington and Burgaw clinic, daycares and schools.
How We Can Help You
At Coastline Therapy Group, we partner with local schools, daycares and learning centers to provide services to the children enrolled there. Our therapists consider it a privilege to provide quality care to students and work closely with headmasters and directors to follow IEP's and provide parent communication.
Also, we assist adults in pain management, decreased mobility and function, fine motor skills, visual motor integration, sensory processing, feeding and swallowing, articulation and MORE. We help you get back to being YOU after stroke, surgery, or injury!

Implementing a tailored treatment plan to fit the patient's individual needs, sessions are typically 30 minutes and can be scheduled in the clinic, in the school setting, or in the patient's home. Our Speech Language Pathologists utilize technology, language cards, games, etc. make sessions engaging and fun!

Our Occupational Therapists engage patients using our state of the art gym, sensory swings, water beads, kinetic sand, weighted lap pads, art, etc. Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes and can be also be scheduled in the clinic, the school setting, or the patient's home.

Our multi-disciplined team boasts the importance of working with patients to maximize their range of motion, strength and function, as well as to reduce their pain. Our team provides services for individuals with a wide range of diagnoses including orthopedic, sports injuries, and post-surgical cases. We also treat patients with neurological, geriatric and pediatric diagnoses.
