Brittney graduated from the OTA program at Cape Fear Community College in May of 2018. She came to know Coastline Therapy Group after having the opportunity to complete one of her final fieldwork rotations at the Wilmington location and was blessed with the opportunity to begin her occupational therapy career with CTG just a couple months after graduation. Brittney finds joy in engaging clients in activities that are not only meaningful and fun, but also help increase their independence in their daily life activities. She enjoys being creative and problem solving alongside caregivers to best support patients and families. Brittney enjoys hanging out with friends and family, biking, boating, reading and long walks. 

Kendall was born in Whiteville, NC and moved to Greensboro in 2013. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.F.A. in Dance Performance and Choreography in 2017. She relocated to the Wilmington area in 2019 and was accepted into the OTA program at Cape Fear Community College in 2021. She graduated with an A.A.S. from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at CFCC in May 2023. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, teaching dance, nannying, and working in skilled nursing facilities across Columbus, Bladen, and New Hanover counties. She developed a passion for pediatrics at a young age and can't wait to continue making an impact on young lives. She completed a fieldwork rotation with Coastline during her time at CFCC and she is excited to join the Coastline Team as a board certified OTA, licensed in North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, friends, and two dogs, Linda and Lacey. 

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Marco made his way to Wilmington, North Carolina where he's proudly called "home" for several years. He enjoys living is this beautiful beach town with his wife and two children. Marco has worked in the healthcare industry for over 12 years and is deeply passionate about equipping people to live with the highest quality of life. As a graduate of Cape Fear Community College's Occupational Therapy Assistant Program in 2023, Marco looks forward to a long and impactful career in the field of Occupational Therapy.  In his free time Marco enjoys making fun memories with his family, caring for his 20+ bonsai trees, and pursuing artistic hobbies like sculpting or drawing.

Summer graduated from UNC Wilmington in 2005 with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and immediately continued her education and passion for wellness at CFCC where she graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2007. Summer has been working as a COTA/L in adult rehabilitation since then and specializes in stroke recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac wellness, and home modifications/accessibility. Summer also serves as a faculty instructor at CFCC where she teaches Fundamentals of OT, OT Assessment Skills, Physical Conditions,

and Adult Concepts & Interventions. Summer loves sharing her passion of helping others with her students and has had the pleasure of seeing so many of them make huge impacts around the country as they provide quality OT services to the communities they serve. In addition to her background working with adults, Summer has always enjoyed working with children through volunteer and community outreach programs. She currently serves as the assistant instructor for the Pediatric Concepts and Interventions course at CFCC which allows her to stay up to date with the most relevant and evidence-based practices in pediatrics. Summer is a huge advocate for providing people of all ages with the highest quality of life possible through participation in meaningful activities. Summer believes in living life to the fullest and enjoys spending her free time exploring the outdoors with her family.

Staci graduated in 2015 from Pitt Community College OTA program with the 2015 Academic Excellence Award and the 2015 Health Sciences Division Academic Award.  She recently relocated to Leland.  She has an extensive background in pediatrics and early intervention. Staci has helped innumerable clients participate in valued daily routines and activities.  In her career she has gained valuable experience and skills working with many diagnoses including:  Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Developmental Delay/Fine Motor Skills, Genetic Conditions, Prematurity, Cerebral Palsy/musculoskeletal, Feeding & Mealtime Issues, and Brachial Plexus Injury. Staci feels blessed her career has offered an opportunity to contribute to those in need with her values of excellence and integrity. She has a passion to help others meet functional milestones while constantly strengthening her skills toolbox. She values patience, empathy, and communication in real life situations. She enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, the beach and volunteerism. Staci is excited to be a part of Coastline Therapy Group’s team and being blessed by the accomplishments of the clients she serves.

Katherine earned a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Illinois State University and Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Carolina. Since graduating, Katherine has worked with the pediatric population in a variety of settings, to include outpatient clinical facilities, brick and mortar schools and virtual schools via teletherapy. She has had experience with providing phonological, articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive and pragmatic language therapy, and completing formal articulation and language evaluations. Katherine believes in the importance of establishing rapport and trust with the students, teachers and their families to have a positive and successful therapy experience. In her free time, Katherine enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, relaxing at the beach and walking her two large dogs.

Margo graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Bridgewater State University, and later earned a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Worcester State University, located in Massachusetts. Margo’s career spanned 38 years, working with children and adults with mild to severe communication disabilities.  She retired after 25 years in the Wrentham Public School System and moved to North Carolina with her husband. Margo’s continues love for children inspired her to work part-time on the staff of Coastline Therapies. She presently is a school and daycare based therapist, and is also supervising CFY and Speech Aide therapists.

Laura graduated with both Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Northern Iowa.  She obtained an emphasis in Neurogenic Communication Disorders as well as a Teaching Endorsement. 

Laura completed her Clinical Fellowship Year in Honolulu, HI, providing speech therapy to students in highly diverse, urban schools. She remained in Hawaii for six more years and discovered her passion of working with children ages 0-3 in their homes. 

Laura, her husband, and their two children moved to Wilmington in 2006 where she continued working exclusively with young children.  She has gained extensive knowledge treating a wide variety of disorders in this population.  Laura is passionate about working with young children and finds it very rewarding to see the tremendous progress that can be made in the early years.

Laura specializes in the treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech.  She also enjoys teaching American Sign Language to children to enhance their communication. 

When Laura is not in the clinic, she enjoys going to the beach with her dog, working out, kayaking , cooking and playing piano. 

Elisa received her Bachelor’s from James Madison University and Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University. During her studies she has gained experience with people of all ages, from infants to geriatrics in a variety of settings including a community school, outpatient clinic, rehab facility, and acute care. She has treated people with a broad range of diagnoses including receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, fluency disorders, apraxia, autism, dysphagia, and cognitive communication. One of her favorite things about speech therapy is seeing people make meaningful progress that positively impacts their daily lives. In her free time, she enjoys snuggling with her cat (on her terms of course), doing anything on the beach, and trying new places to eat! 

Sophia earned her Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University. During her time as a graduate student clinician, she gained valuable experience treating and evaluating individuals across the life span in a variety of settings, including public schools, private clinics, and inpatient hospital units. Sophia is dedicated to treating individuals across the life span by enhancing their functional communication skills in a personalized and engaging manner. At East Carolina University, Sophia was a Division 1 athlete for the Women’s Lacrosse team. In her free time, she loves to live an activity lifestyle by running, working out and spending time outside! Sophia is excited to join Coastline Therapy Group to complete her Clinical Fellowship!

Renea graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA  in Biology in 1995 and from East Carolina University with a BS in Physical Therapy in 1997. She has enjoyed working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, outpatient clinics, schools, and daycares. Renea is passionate about her work and dedicated to helping children and their families achieve their goals. She and her husband, Robbie, have 3 wonderful children, Nick, Ryan, and Callie. Renea loves spending time with her family and friends, days spent at the beach, gardening, cooking with her husband, and adventures with Baxter, the family dog.  

Chad is a multiple sport athlete with experience playing collegiate club lacrosse and Semi-Pro football while graduating from UNCW. Chad gained over 5 years full time work experience with an Orthopedic and Sports Rehab Physical Therapy office where he learned extensive manual techniques, and critical thinking skills addressing complex sports injuries with and from an US Olympic team level Physical Therapist. Chad attended Martin CC to attain his PTA license, during this time he worked as a Sports Performance Coach and trainer at Fitness Unlimited in Washington NC.  Chad currently serves as Head Strength and Conditioning Director at Coastal Athletics an indoor sports complex.  Chad’s treatment style blends: addressing functional deficits with specific progressional movements while targeting overall awareness in the body and using manual techniques to accomplish targeted goals with an ability to empower each patient individually in their rehabilitation process through patient education and an open communication loop.  When off work Chads life is fulfilled by time with his daughter or chasing his next outdoor or offshore adventure. 

Rory graduated from Saint Francis University (SFU) in 2021 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at SFU, Rory competed as a Division 1 swimmer and was a board member of the Physical Therapy Pro Bono clinic. Rory was first introduced to the CTG team in Spring 2021 when she completed her final clinical rotation. Rory has experience treating a diverse set of patients, but is very passionate about treating pediatric and neurological conditions. With her background in swimming and therapeutic knowledge, she enjoys incorporating aquatic therapy into her treatment sessions. Rory is also LSVT BIG certified and enjoys working with patients that have Parkinson’s Disease. Originally from central NC, Rory is looking forward to exploring the Wilmington area, taking in the sunshine, and being a part of the CTG team. 

Emily attended Ithaca College for both her Bachelor’s and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees. Originally from Long Island, New York, Emily moved to Philadelphia after graduating with her DPT to work with children in both outpatient and early education settings. With experience in a variety of physical therapy settings, Emily is particularly passionate about treating pediatric patients and helping them reach their best physical potentials. She recently moved to Wilmington with her husband in pursuit of warmer weather and beautiful beaches. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, exercising, and taking care of her dog, Oliver.  

John, PT, DPT joined Coastline Therapy Group in March of 2023. He has a special interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, golf-related injuries/golf performance, lifestyle modification and rehabilitation corresponding with neurological disorders. Although these are special interests, he enjoys working with all populations and conditions in order to improve peoples’ lives.

John graduated from University of South Carolina in 2017, with his B.S. in Exercise Science. He continued on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University in 2020. While attending Western Carolina, John enjoyed serving on the board of the pro-bono physical therapy clinic as the finance chair. He has been certified in Graston Technique and has his dry needling certification. He is currently working on his TPI certification addressing golf-related pathology and performance.

Outside of work, John has a passion for physical activity including playing golf, hiking, and walking his 100-pound dog, Moose. He is ready to help you get back to what you love doing and maybe even a little more!

Justin was born and raised in the mountains of Boone, NC. He attended UNCW and graduated with a B.S. in Public Health in 2013. Justin attended Martin CC and graduated with an A.S. in PTA in 2019. He has over 3 years experience working with the geriatric population in the SNF setting. Helping patients reach their maximum potential and become pain free is Justin’s ultimate goal. He is a fan of thinking “outside the box” to help individuals reach their goals and get back to doing what they love. He believes that quality of life is deeply integrated into one’s physical well being. Justin is an avid outdoorsman and loves taking advantage of what Wilmington has to offer. He can be found on the water most sunny days in his free time. He also enjoys watching and attending college sports with his friends and family (especially college football). Justin is excited to be a part of the CTG family and looks forward to helping people live their best life! 

Hannah graduated from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2021. Hannah has always had a passion for treating pediatrics and patients with neurologic conditions, but she has experience with various patient populations. After graduate school, Hannah moved from Ohio to Bremerton, Washington with her husband as he was serving in the U.S. Navy. Hannah worked at the Naval Hospital while in Washington, where she treated active duty military, dependents, and retirees of all ages. Hannah then moved to Wilmington after her husband got out of the military in search of warmer weather and being closer to family. Hannah is looking forward to helping patients become stronger, more independent, and improve their quality of movement in order to reach their goals. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, exercising, hiking with her golden retriever, going to the beach, and riding dirt bikes. 

Stephanie is a Wilmington native who attended University of North Carolina at Asheville and graduated with a degree in Health and Wellness Promotion in 2018. While at UNCA, Stephanie competed as a division 1 swimmer. Stephanie then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University in 2022. While attending WCU, she served as a graduate assistant and quality improvement co-chair of the pro-bono physical therapy clinic. After graduate school, she moved to the Nashville area with her husband and gained ~2 years of experience in the outpatient pediatric setting, treating patients with pediatric neurological and orthopedic diagnoses. Stephanie is thrilled to be moving home and settling down in the Wilmington area! She enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and running on the beach with her dog Whaley!

Allison graduated from UNCW with a BS in Exercise Science and minor in Spanish and

continued her education with a M. Ed in Adapted Physical Education from the University of Virginia. Lastly, she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry College. Allison has always had a passion for pediatrics; however, she enjoys working with a variety of patient populations. Allison is a North Carolina native with a passion for animals and who enjoys

being active, going to the beach, local coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends.
